Sauna by the harbour

New for the 2026 season, Havstua's wood-fired sauna sits right by the harbour, with direct access to the sea and views towards the mountains surrounding Kamøyvær.

Whether you come after a day outdoors or simply want a slower evening by the water, the sauna offers a quiet place to warm up, unwind and experience the changing Arctic weather from a different perspective.

Some come after long mountain walks. Others arrive simply to sit quietly, listen to the sea and watch the weather move across the fjord.
The sauna is best enjoyed slowly — with time for conversation, tea, cold water swims and lingering afterwards on the dock.
